    In the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections, Nayan Pal Rawat of IND won in this constituency beating Raghubir Tewatia of INC by a margin of 16,429 votes which was 11.17% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Tek Chand Sharma of BSP was the winner in this seat beating Nayan Pal Rawat of BJP by a margin of 1,179 votes which was 0.87% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Raghubir Singh of INC won this seat defeating Tek Chand Sharma of BSP by a margin of 3,155 votes which was 3.16% of the total votes polled for the seat.
