    In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, Arjun Singh of INC won in this seat defeating Naresh Warkade of BJP by a margin of 7,527 which was 4% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 47.89% in 2018 in this seat.

    In 2013, Kamal Marskole of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Arjun Singh (Arjun Bhaiyya) of INC by a margin of 269 votes which was 0.16% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 46.05% in the seat.

    In the 2008 elections, Kamal Marskole of BJP won this seat beating Tirath Singh Batti of INC by a margin of 15,810 votes which was 11.64% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 45.47% in the seat.
