    In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Bhaskar Bhaurao Jadhav of SS won in this constituency beating Betkar Sahadev Devji of NCP by a margin of 26,522 votes which was 18.58% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Jadhav Bhaskar Bhaurao of NCP was the winner in this seat beating Dr Natu Vinay Shridhar of BJP by a margin of 32,764 votes which was 21.54% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Jadhav Bhaskar Bhaurao of NCP won this seat defeating Kadam Ramdas Gangaram of SS by a margin of 13,076 votes which was 9.2% of the total votes polled for the seat.
