    In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Lakhan Sahadeo Malik of BJP won in this constituency beating Siddharth Akaramji Deole of VBA by a margin of 13,591 votes which was 06.57% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Malik Lakhan Sahadev of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Nilesh Alias Shashikant Pendharkar of SS by a margin of 4,393 votes which was 2.35% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Lakhan Sahadeo Malik of BJP won this seat defeating Dr Alka Satyabhan Makasare of INC by a margin of 24,229 votes which was 16.01% of the total votes polled for the seat.
