    In the 2018 Mizoram Assembly elections, Zodintluanga Ralte of INC won in this seat defeating R Rohmingliana of MNF by a margin of 1,240 which was 11.06% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 40.12% in 2018 in this seat.

    In 2013, Zodintluanga of INC emerged victorious in this seat beating Joseph Lalzawmliana of MNF by a margin of 2,504 votes which was 23.06% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 59.15% in the seat.

    In the 2008 elections, Zodintluanga of INC won this seat beating Lalnuntluanga Sailo of MNF by a margin of 1,829 votes which was 19.07% of the total votes polled in the constituency. MNF had a vote share of 46.31% in the seat.
