    In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Rafeek Khan of INC won in this seat defeating Ashok Parnami of BJP by a margin of 12,553 which was 7.2% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 50.78% in 2018 in this seat.

    In 2013, Ashok Parnami of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Mahir Azad of INC by a margin of 3,803 votes which was 2.56% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 47.22% in the seat.
