    In the 2019 Lok Sabha general elections, Rathva Gitaben Vajesingbhai of BJP won in this seat defeating Rathava Ranjitsinh Mohansinh of INC by a margin of 3,77,943 votes which was 30.67% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 61.9% in 2019 in this seat.

    In 2014, Ramsinh Rathwa of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Naranbhai Jemalabhai Rathva of INC by a margin of 1,79,729 votes which was 16.33% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP secured a vote share of 55.24% in the seat.
