    In the October 30, 2021 bypolls for Mandi Lok Sabha constituency, Pratibha Singh of INC won from this seat defeating Brig. Khushal Chand Thakur of BJP by a margin of 7,490 votes which was 1% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 49.14% in the bye-elections.

    In the 2019 Lok Sabha general elections, Ram Swaroop Sharma of BJP won in this seat defeating Aashray Sharma of INC by a margin of 4,05,459 votes which was 43.07% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 68.62% in 2019 in this seat.
