    In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, Raghunath Singh of BJP won in this seat defeating Gopal Singh of INC by a margin of 6,044 which was 2.93% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 44.74% in 2018 in this seat.

    In 2013, Ranjeet Singh Gunwan of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Gopal Singh Engineer of INC by a margin of 5,504 votes which was 2.95% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 45.21% in the seat.

    In the 2008 elections, Ranjeet-Singh Gunwan of BJP won this seat beating Gopal Singh Engineer (Vill Mullani) of INC by a margin of 16,906 votes which was 12.4% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 44.11% in the seat.
