    In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Chaudhary Manisha Ashok of BJP won in this constituency beating Arun Sawant of INC by a margin of 63,870 votes which was 47.29% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Chaudhary Manisha Ashok of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Ghosalkar Vinod Ramchandra of SS by a margin of 38,578 votes which was 24.13% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Ghosalkar Vinod Ramchandra of SS won this seat defeating Dr Dube Yogesh Ghanshyam of INC by a margin of 16,156 votes which was 12.28% of the total votes polled for the seat.
