    In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Dr Rajendra Bhaskarrao Shingane of NCP won in this constituency beating Khedekar Dr Shashikant Narsingrao of SS by a margin of 8,797 votes which was 04.37% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Dr Khedekar Shashikant Narsingrao of SS was the winner in this seat beating Dr Ganesh Baburao Mante of BJP by a margin of 18,854 votes which was 10.24% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Dr Rajendra Bhaskarrao Shingne of NCP won this seat defeating Khedekar Dr Shashikant Narsingh of SS by a margin of 24,150 votes which was 13.98% of the total votes polled for the seat.
