    In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Avinash of BJP won in this seat defeating Dilip Choudhary of INC by a margin of 12,188 which was 6.24% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 33.6% in 2018 in this seat.

    In 2013, Surendra Goyal of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Dilip Choudhary of INC by a margin of 34,874 votes which was 20.96% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 48.72% in the seat.
