    In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Meena Kanwar of INC won in this seat defeating Babu Singh Rathore of BJP by a margin of 24,696 which was 12.52% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 50.64% in 2018 in this seat.

    In 2013, Babu Singh of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Ummedsingh of INC by a margin of 6,327 votes which was 3.77% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 48.4% in the seat.
