Kurichi (TP), Vellalur (TP), Madukkarai (TP), Ettimadai (TP), Thirumalayampalayam (TP), Othakalmandapam (TP) and Chettipalayam (TP). In the 2021 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, Damodaran S of AIADMK won in this constituency beating Kuruchi Prabhakaran of DMK by a margin of 1095 votes which was 0.48% of the total votes cast. In 2016, Shanmugam, A. of AIADMK was the winner in this seat beating Kurichi Prabhakaran of DMK by a margin of 1332 votes which was 0.64% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2011 Assembly elections, Damodaran S of AIADMK won this seat defeating M.Kannappan of DMK by a margin of 30266 votes which was 18.06% of the total votes polled for the seat.
