Gollahalli, Pulikkarai, Jagirburgur, Selliyampatti, Booganahalli, Sekkodi, Kalappanahalli, Begarahalli, Sitiganahalli, Guthalahalli, Kattanahalli, Karukkamaranhalli, Modugulahalli, Neralamarudahalli, Bathalahalli, Pothalahalli, Pumandahalli, Domalahalli and Mallikuttai villages.

    This constituency covers an approximate area of 1168 square kilometers and the geographic coordinates of Pennagaram is: 12°06'52.9"N 77°53'41.3"E.

    According to data released by the Election Commission of India, In 2021, this seat registered a turnout of 85%, while it was 88.05% in 2016, and 83.08% in 2011.

    In the 2021 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, Mani G K of PMK won in this constituency beating Inbasekaran P N P of DMK by a margin of 21186 votes which was 10.16% of the total votes cast. In 2016, Inbasekaran. P.N.P. of DMK was the winner in this seat beating Anbumani Ramadoss of PMK by a margin of 18446 votes which was 9.24% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2011 Assembly elections, Nanjappan N of CPI won this seat defeating Inbasekaran P N P of DMK by a margin of 11543 votes which was 7.11% of the total votes polled for the seat.
